Matt has provided me with valuable insights on a multi disciplinary sport like CrossFit. His sensible approach to efficiency and building technical progressions has made some of the more complex movements attainable. The programming is dynamic in that he adjusts it according to how I progress. He’s very present during the sessions.

​This attention to detail, I value a lot, as I desire a flow of information to improve my training and competition  performance in both CrossFit and Kettlebell Sports.  Every session is a learning opportunity and Matt is a great guy to hang out with!

Training with Daryl the past year has been incredibly rewarding and life changing. I started training with Daryl to address a shoulder injury which was causing a lot of pain. Within a couple of months, I was able to go about my daily activities with almost no pain thanks to Daryl’s skilful training. Since then, we have progressed to more complex movements and my strength has improved dramatically.

​I have been so privileged to be able to train with Daryl because training with him has not only helped me regain confidence with movement and to live pain free but he has also imparted so much knowledge about body mechanics and I will carry that with me always and for that I am so grateful.
