Novice

FRI TO MON & WED


Formerly known as Primal Express. If you're NEW to the gym, to functional training and unsure of which class to sign up for, this is the one!

Learn all the fundamental movements. Master the basics here so we may develop and build upon them in the other programs. 

Plenty of bodyweight, dumb-bell and kettlebell exercises with some fun conditioning to top it off!

Build your aerobic power!
Learn to pace workouts as we work various exercise modalities through different time domains.

Our body weight movement class. Develop gymnastics and calisthenics skills, joint mobility and strength through range.

FUNCTIONAL STRENGTH

Squat, Bend, Push, Pull, Rotate, Compress. 
Build overall strength and proficiency in these movement patterns. Resistance training with all sorts of equipment!

OLYMPIC WEIGHTLIFTING

For best experience, participants should be familiar with basic Snatch and Clean & Jerk movements; as these sessions focus more on technical learning points.

These classes aim to help refine your movement, understanding, & skills for Olympic Weightlifting, while learning how to perform them safely and efficiently.

*This is an intermediate / advanced level class*

Enjoy Spartan, Viper and Tough Mudder races? This class is for you. Raj leads our most fun session getting you in shape for obstacle course races. You’ll get to run, climb, jump and carry.
